Account Manager
Need Star Performers—Location: Remote Work (Prefer New England region candidate).
Responsibility:
The Account Manager's main objective is to drive customer satisfaction and ensure customer renewal of BoardVantage services. The Account Manager is responsible for the training, implementation, rollout, and ongoing support of assigned accounts for which required knowledge and training of BoardVantage products will be provided upon joining.
The Account Management team works hand in hand with Account Support to provide support for BoardVantage users, document all customer interactions/communications in an effort to recycle customer solutions, develop scalable processes and provide feedback to product management.
Base salary reflective of background and experience plus a commission reflecting contribution to increased revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years’ experience in project management, customer service, or a proven track record of supporting executives, board of directors, or Corporate Secretary offices.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, with the ability to multi-task, along with being a team player with a can-do attitude and strong commitment to following up on pending tasks.
- Ability to comfortably work with a customer base primarily consisting of senior and c-level executives, administrative staff and legal departments (experience working with Board of Directors a plus).
- Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required.
- The ability to communicate and document technical concepts in the simplest terms to a non-technical and executive audience.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and provide corrective measures promptly.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify potential opportunities to grow revenue within existing client base by increasing user licenses, adding subsidiaries, or acquiring referrals for new business.
- Work remotely from home.
- Prefer the candidate to be a New England area resident that can get to Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, etc. by short commute.
- 25% travel required.
