Junior Inside Sales Specialist

Description:

The JR Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting the Sales Director & SR Inside Sales Representative in specified territories and expanding and increasing new bookings in the SMB market.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and supporting Sales Director territory and SR Inside Sales Representative
  • Scope out new opportunities in the SMB market
  • Provide excellent customer service (handle all incoming information requests and sales calls promptly).
  • Manage complex sales cycles and experience presenting to C- Level Executives, IT, and/or Legal departments
  • Demonstrating the BoardVantage solution via the web and in person

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Prior quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles from business champion to CEO/CFO level
  • Experience with online selling (WebEx, Go To Meeting)
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, virtual team environment
  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong customer references
  • Working knowledge of IE and Safari browser experience preferred
