Junior Inside Sales Specialist
Description:
The JR Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting the Sales Director & SR Inside Sales Representative in specified territories and expanding and increasing new bookings in the SMB market.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and supporting Sales Director territory and SR Inside Sales Representative
- Scope out new opportunities in the SMB market
- Provide excellent customer service (handle all incoming information requests and sales calls promptly).
- Manage complex sales cycles and experience presenting to C- Level Executives, IT, and/or Legal departments
- Demonstrating the BoardVantage solution via the web and in person
Required Skills/Experience:
- Prior quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles from business champion to CEO/CFO level
- Experience with online selling (WebEx, Go To Meeting)
- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, virtual team environment
- BA/BS degree
- Strong customer references
- Working knowledge of IE and Safari browser experience preferred
