CKE Restaurants Orders BoardVantage

Streamlines board work and consents process with board portal

Menlo Park, CA (June 3, 2008) — CKE Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: CKR), a leading operator of fast food restaurants including Carl's Jr.® and Hardee's® brands, has selected BoardVantage to manage its board communications. CKE Restaurants will be using BoardVantage to prepare and distribute its board materials as well as to facilitate board and committee meetings.
