The technology is a secure method and system for automated generation and dissemination of confidential board books and documentation.

PowerPack technology is the basis of the BoardVantage Corporate Secretary Toolkit. Three components of the technology are covered in the patent application. The Drag and Drop Upload feature combines ease-of-use and advanced security. This allows Corporate Secretaries to upload multiple documents at one time from the desktop to the BoardVantage secured repository. The Online Agenda creation tool converts a Word agenda into HTML on BoardVantage. This tool not only preserves the look-and-feel of the content, it adds hyperlinks to supporting documents found in the repository. Lastly, Board Book Collation builds a single board book automatically from all or part of the documents linked to the online agenda.
