Menlo Park, CA (March 13, 2006) — BoardVantage, the leader in secure portals for board work, today announced that it has filed a patent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its Secure Vault technology. This new functionality lets directors download confidential board documents securely by storing encrypted versions in a password protected folder on a director's laptop.
