Professor Grundfest is the W.A. Franke Professor of Law and Business at Stanford, founder and director of Director's College at Stanford Law School and Director of the Rock Center for Governance. In this newly formed position, Professor Grundfest will advise BoardVantage on product strategy as it relates to governance process and practice.

Professor Grundfest joined Stanford's faculty in 1990 after having served for more than four years as a Commissioner of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. His scholarship has been published in the Harvard, Yale and Stanford law reviews. Professor Grundfest is also a former director of Oracle.
